Andre Onana gives honest assessment of his life at Man Utd, says he’s not happy

Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana has admitted he is ‘not happy’ with his performance at the club so far this season.

Recall that Onana joined Man United from Inter Milan in a £43 million deal last summer to replace David De Gea.

But after being crowned the best goalkeeper in the Champions League last season, Onana’s form has been well below par at Man United.

The Cameroonian keeper has made several high-profile mistakes both in the Premier League and the Champions League.

“If I have to speak about my season so far for Manchester United, I am not happy because I know I can do much better; I’ve done it and I know I will do it better than what is happening now,” Onana told Sky Sports.

“We are not facing a good moment. I hope things will change as soon as possible.

“But listen, you want to tell me that in six months, the best goalkeeper in the Champions League last season can become the worst in the world? Nah.

“Everything is temporary. I know it will be alright. If not today, it will be tomorrow; if not tomorrow, the day after tomorrow.”
