The Presidential Candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu unveiled former Borno State governor, Senator Kashim Shettima at Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre in Abuja, on Wednesday.
During the unveiling, Tinubu said the choice of Shetima is not derived from religion or region consideration but rather from the capacity credited to and exhibited by Shettima first as Governor and secondly as Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Others present at the unveiling include the party’s National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu, and other APC stalwarts.
