Barely 35 days to his inauguration on May 29, the President-elect, Senator Bola Tinubu, arrived Nigeria from France with his wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu on Monday evening.
Tinubu’s flight touched down at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, and was welcomed by a crowd of supporters.
It will be recall that Tinubu left the country for France on Tuesday, March 21 to rest and plan the transition programme ahead of his inauguration on May 29.
Announcing his arrival on Twitter, Bayo Onanuga, the Head of Media Publicity, wrote; “Jagaban lands in Abuja!”
The Vice President-elect, Kashim Shettima, was also among the supporters and top members of the All Progressives Congress who received Tinubu.
