The Minister of Interior and former governor of Osun State, Rauf Aregbesola has reacted to the victory of the Osun gubernatorial election in the state.
Aregbesola who is reportedly out of the country took to his social media to share a scriptural text of Daniel 4:17 with the caption “Osun le tete”.
“This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.!” – (Daniel 4:17)”
Recall that Aregbesola did not support the ambition of the incumbent governor, Gboyega Oyetola and he was sidelined in all of the APC electoral committees that were established.
Several videos also corroborated that Aregbesola wanted Oyetola to lose at all costs as he’s been recorded singing rebellious songs to send Oyetola out of power.
