82-year-old Fleischman was unable to walk and speak after an illness in 2016.
Doctors couldn’t diagnose his painful condition.
“I can’t walk, my speech is f–ked up, and I can’t do anything for myself,” he told The Post last month.
His wife helps him get into bed and he cannot dress or put on his shoes. It is the easiest way out for him.
Fleischman partied with the biggest and most famous celebrities.
“I liked to be high. So I would do drugs and drink. Eventually, this [health condition] is because I drank a lot and did drugs”, he told The Post. Fleischman decided to travel to Switzerland and took a lethal dose of barbiturates.

Fleischman worked with the non-profit organization Dignitas, which was created in 1998 to help people who are suffering from poor health and are seeking a quick end to their lives. Members of Dignitas reviewed Fleischman’s medical records, and have spoken to him as well.
