Hassan Ayariga, the presidential candidate for the All People’s Congress (APC), has expressed confidence in winning the upcoming elections on December 7. He aims to position himself as the preferred alternative to the dominant candidates from the NPP and NDC, noting a growing demand among Ghanaians for a strong third political force.

In a recent interview on Citi FM, Ayariga outlined his strategy, emphasising his intent to leverage public discontent with the major parties to secure victory. He urged the Ghanaian electorate, particularly undecided and swing voters, to support his candidacy rather than abstaining from the election. He reassured them that votes for him would not be wasted, suggesting that sufficient support could lead to a second round of voting, allowing him to build momentum against the established political duopoly.

Running Mate Announcement

Ayariga has also introduced Reverend Samuel Worlanyo Mensah as his running mate. Unveiled at a press conference in Accra on September 4, 2024, Mensah is the head pastor and presiding Bishop of Christ White House Chapel. Ayariga believes that Mensah’s background as a pastor will ensure a commitment to integrity and a corruption-free campaign.

Dr. Ayariga stated that with Mensah’s support, he aims to transform Ghana’s economy if elected president.

Prophetic Predictions

In related news, Prophet ElBernard has issued a prophecy regarding the upcoming elections, predicting that one of the vice presidential candidates may pass away before the polls, with the candidate losing their running mate and ultimately winning the election.
