The Super Falcons of Nigeria will play the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon in the quarterfinals at the ongoing Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
Cameroon qualified for the quarter-finals after defeating Tunisia 2-0 in their final Group B game on Saturday.
Super Falcons defeated Burundi 4-0 in the final Group C game on Sunday night and defending champion Nigeria will face Cameroon in the quarter final game scheduled for Thursday in Morocco.
The final four in the competition will secure automatic qualification for next year’s FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
