According to a statement released by the firm, Mark Brnovich will be working at Boies Schiller‘s Los Angeles office but will occasionally make appearances at the Arizona office of the firm.

Speaking about Brnovich’s record, Boies Schiller noted in a press release that he has secured $1.5 billion in judgements and settlements on issues bordering on “data privacy, false advertising and product liability”.

The new appointment not only reveals the connection between Brnovich and Boies Schiller Flexner, a prestigious law firm that has handled high-profile cases involving clients such as Apple, Oracle, and Theranos, it also shows the career transition of a prominent Republican politician and lawyer, who may have future political ambitions or influence in the legal field.
