According to him if Nigeria fails to secure its border and security outfits there will be a lot of pressure in the country.

Speaking further he added that aside issuance of passports, it is the responsibility of the Ministry of Interior to secure the country’s borders.

He said, “I have no excuse whatsoever not to secure the nation’s borders. We must work the talk in line with the present administration’s slogan of Renewed Hope. Also, any country that cannot critically analyse, dictate and determine who comes in and who goes out of its country is prone to insecurity,” he stated.
