China has on Sunday launched four more satellites into space. The four satellites were launched into their predetermined orbits through a Long March 2D carrier rocket.
According to the Beijing-based Xinhua News, among the satellites launched, three are designated to obtain remote sensing observation and provide commercial remote sensing services, while the fourth satellite will be used for “satellite communications technology
verification.”
This was the 479th flight of the Long March rocket series. Just last month, China launched its first flat-panel communications satellite into space.
